Once this form is completed, we will contact you within 24 hours during regular office hours to review any missing information and confirm space availability for the tour you have selected, and to arrange payment. We will also send an information packet with itinerary, suggested gear list, release form, and partcipant profile form. We are available Monday-Friday from 8 am to 6 pm, Mountain time.
